Managing Partner
He is an executive search, consulting professional with over 20 years of experience. He has a rich diverse blend of experience having worked with customers across technology, digital, industrial, automotive, engineering, construction and startups. He started his career selling flowers before finding his calling in recruitment. He has been in leadership roles for the last 10 years having worked with leading global companies like Randstad, Executive Access and was part of two startups in the recent past, ProVault and Xpheno.
He is a trusted advisor to clients and has played an instrumental role in transitioning over 100 leaders across industries in India, the Middle East and APAC region.
He brings strong leadership development experience, including the development of leadership competency model, assessment of competencies, conducting 360 feedback, coaching and mentoring leaders on the future course of action and development focus areas which help professional make better career decisions.
He has led various hiring projects covering Technical hiring, web technologies, application development, cybersecurity, data science, digital transformation and has also worked extensively with leading global captive centres and helped them build their teams in India.

He has rich experience of over 13 years in the executive search industry, having worked with the best global and Indian executive search firms - Executive Access India, Korn Ferry International and Ranstad.
He has played an instrumental role in successfully transitioning over 100 leaders across India and the Middle East region. He has gained diverse experience and built his expertise as a trusted advisor, talent partner having worked closely with clients in the Industrial, Automotive, Energy, Real Estate, Infrastructure/Construction and Start-up industry.
In his early career, he gained substantial experience working with premier companies in product management, marketing and sales roles before he transitioned to the Executive search industry. He brings substantial experience in Leadership and Senior Executive level search across all the sectors and appointments.
